Chip.IT strives to satisfy all of your needs. If there is a problem with your order, or Chip.IT product, contact us at Sales@MyChipIt.com to see how we can help you. Due to each Chip.IT being permanently programmed for you, we cannot accept a cancellation or refund on your order after the order has been processed. We also cannot offer exchanges on products that are not defective. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or sales to anyone.
Warranty
Each Chip.IT has a warranty of 90 days after the date of purchase. If your Chip.IT is defective within the first 90 days after purchase, contact us to initiate an exchange and replacement of your Chip.IT. We reserve the right to deny your warranty if we believe that your Chip.IT was damaged due to user misuse or negligence. We do not offer refunds on orders. You are responsible for payment of shipping your defective product back to us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to normal manufacturing errors. We do not offer exchanges on products that have been misused due to negligence. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Sales@MyChipIt.com to begin the replacement process. We will inspect the product to ensure that it was not damaged due to misuse. Once we have finished our inspection, we will contact you with a rejection or approval for exchange. Refer to our tutorial to observe proper Chip.IT usage. Please allow 7-14 business days to process exchanges.
No Refunds
Due to each Chip.IT being permanently programmed for you, we cannot accept a cancellation or refund on your order after the order has been processed. All sales are final.
Return Process
To return your product, contact us at Contact@MyChipIT.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
